BizStackPro Help Center · Workflows & Automation
Drive real conversations on Instagram using interactive messages, buttons, and quick replies—directly from your workflows.
Social media engagement creates opportunities, but manually responding to comments, direct messages, and common questions can quickly become difficult as audience activity increases.
BizStackPro's Instagram Interactive Messenger workflow action allows businesses to automate conversations using interactive messages, buttons, quick replies, and workflow-driven decision paths.
Without structured conversation automation, businesses may miss engagement opportunities, create inconsistent customer experiences, delay responses, or struggle to qualify leads efficiently through Instagram.
This guide explains how the Instagram Interactive Messenger workflow action works, how interactive messaging improves engagement, and how to build more effective Instagram communication systems inside BizStackPro.
Before building Instagram conversation flows, it helps to understand how workflow triggers, direct messages, comment-to-DM automation, quick replies, buttons, lead qualification, and customer engagement systems work together inside BizStackPro.
Instagram Interactive Messenger helps you run structured conversations through Instagram. You can reply to Instagram DMs, reply to comments via DM, add buttons or quick replies, and route contacts through a guided flow—without manual back-and-forth.
Best for: Comment-driven “DM me the info” flows, fast lead qualification, and routing people to the right next step (pricing, booking, support, etc.).
Tip: If messages aren’t sending, integrations are the first place to check.
Important: Choosing the right reply type is the #1 factor for successful delivery.
Remember: Buttons and quick replies cannot be used together in the same message.
You can add a maximum of three buttons to a message. Common button types include:
Note: If you use a Call button, you typically won’t chain additional message steps after it in the same flow.
Tip: Quick replies work best for simple choices like “Pricing”, “Book”, “Support”, “Yes”, or “No”.
This action includes a default wait time (commonly 10 seconds) before routing to the default branch. Adjust it based on how long you want to give the person to respond.
Best practice: If you’re asking a question that needs thought, increase the wait time so people aren’t routed forward too quickly.
Shortcut: If your goal is “comment → DM”, this action is usually the better fit than the standard Instagram DM workflow action.

Use buttons or quick replies to capture intent, route people to the right next step, and keep your team consistent—whether the conversation starts from a DM or a comment.
