Record offline or manual sales in BizStackPro so affiliates receive proper credit, revenue stays accurate, and commissions calculate cleanly—without messy spreadsheets.
Not every sale happens through a tracked funnel or online checkout process. Businesses often generate revenue through invoices, phone sales, offline transactions, imports, or manually processed purchases.
BizStackPro's Add Manual Sales for an Affiliate workflow action allows businesses to record those transactions while still maintaining accurate affiliate attribution, campaign reporting, and commission calculations.
Without a process for tracking manual sales, businesses may create reporting gaps, miss affiliate commissions, lose attribution data, or struggle to maintain accurate revenue records across campaigns.
This guide explains how the Add Manual Sales for an Affiliate workflow action works, how attribution settings affect credit assignment, and how to maintain cleaner affiliate reporting inside BizStackPro.
Before recording affiliate-related sales manually, it helps to understand how affiliate campaigns, attribution models, commission calculations, workflow triggers, and revenue tracking work together inside BizStackPro.
The Add Manual Sales for an Affiliate action lets you record a sale under a specific affiliate and (optionally) an affiliate campaign, even if the sale happened outside your tracked funnels. This helps you keep attribution, revenue reporting, and commission calculations consistent.
Use it when: you need to credit an affiliate for an offline deal, a manual invoice, an imported sale, or any purchase that wasn’t captured through normal referral tracking.
Testing tip: Run a test contact through the workflow and confirm: (1) the sale is recorded, (2) the affiliate is credited, and (3) the campaign reporting looks correct.
Attribution tracking is optional. If enabled, BizStackPro can associate the manual sale with an affiliate based on recorded referral data. If you prefer direct control, you can skip attribution and select the affiliate manually.
Avoid surprises: If you’re using Latest Attribution, the credited affiliate can change over time. Use First Attribution if you want the original referrer to stay locked in.
