When a workflow doesn’t behave the way you expect, these two screens tell the truth. Use Enrollment History to see contact progress, and Execution Logs to inspect each action (including errors).
Workflow troubleshooting becomes difficult when contacts miss messages, automation behaves unexpectedly, or businesses cannot quickly determine what happened inside a workflow.
BizStackPro Enrollment History and Execution Logs provide visibility into workflow behavior so businesses can track contact movement, review actions, identify failures, and troubleshoot automation more efficiently.
Without workflow visibility tools, businesses may spend extra time guessing at automation issues, overlook enrollment problems, struggle to identify failures, or make changes without understanding the root cause.
This guide explains how Enrollment History and Execution Logs work, how to investigate workflow activity, and how to troubleshoot automation systems more effectively inside BizStackPro.
Before troubleshooting workflow issues, it helps to understand how enrollment history, execution logs, contact paths, workflow actions, and automation tracking work together inside BizStackPro.
Enrollment History and Execution Logs help you confirm what happened, when it happened, and why. They’re the fastest way to troubleshoot automation issues, validate edits, and spot errors (before they impact more contacts).
Quick mental model: Enrollment History answers “Where is the contact?” Execution Logs answer “What did the workflow do?”
Once you’re inside the logs, you can drill into a single contact, a single enrollment run, or a single action.
Troubleshooting tip: Start with the most recent failed/removed action, then open its details to see the exact reason it didn’t run.
Click View Details for any log row to open a deeper panel showing the execution info for that action. This is where you’ll typically find the clearest explanation of what happened.
Best use: If a contact “should have” received something but didn’t, use Highlight Contact Path first to confirm whether they entered the expected branch.
Tip: If you’re troubleshooting “it happened yesterday,” filter the date range first. It reduces noise and makes failed steps easier to spot.
Enrollment History shows the path. Execution Logs show the truth. Together, they help you fix automation issues fast—without guessing.
Opens in a new tab.
Click the View Details link in the Execution Logs to open detailed execution information for that action.

The Go To Action button opens the corresponding action inside the workflow builder for quick review or edits.
Yes. Both Enrollment History and Execution Logs support pagination so you can control how many rows are displayed.
