Understanding How To Navigate and Use Your Reporting Dashboard

Learn how to use the BizStackPro Reporting Dashboard to access Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Attribution, Call Reporting, Agent, and Appointment reports—and quickly add useful widgets to your dashboards.

Keeping Your Business Metrics Organized in One Central Dashboard

As businesses grow, performance data becomes spread across ads, calls, appointments, attribution, and team activity, making it harder to monitor everything efficiently.

The BizStackPro Reporting Dashboard centralizes multiple reporting tools so you can review marketing, communication, and operational performance from one location.

Without centralized reporting visibility, teams may overlook important trends, miss operational issues, or spend too much time switching between separate systems and reports.

This guide will walk you through how to navigate and use the Reporting Dashboard so you can access reports faster, customize views, and make more informed decisions using connected business data.

To begin, review what the Reporting Dashboard does and how different report types are organized inside BizStackPro.

What the Reporting Dashboard Does

The Reporting Dashboard is your central hub for viewing performance metrics across multiple report types in BizStackPro. From one place, you can review ad performance, lead attribution, calls, agent activity, and appointments.

Good to know: To view Google Ads and Facebook Ads reporting, you must first connect your Google and/or Facebook accounts in BizStackPro and ensure your user has the appropriate permissions.

  • Google Ads
  • Facebook Ads
  • Attribution Report
  • Call Reporting
  • Agent Report
  • Appointment Reporting

Step 1: Access the Reporting Dashboard

  1. From your BizStackPro main dashboard, click Reporting in the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. When the Reporting area opens, you’ll see tiles/links for each available report.
  3. Use the date range selector (when available) to choose the period you want to analyze.

You can revisit the Reporting Dashboard anytime to refresh the data and view updated metrics for the selected date range.

Step 2: Understand Each Report Type

Google Ads

View metrics for campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, and conversions so you can analyze PPC performance inside BizStackPro.

Facebook Ads

Monitor campaigns, AdSets, ads, and audience demographics to understand how your Meta ads are performing.

Attribution Report

Review sources and conversions for forms, surveys, and calendars, along with high-level stats such as revenue closed and opportunities closed.

Call Reporting

Analyze call duration, answered vs. missed calls, call sources, and access call recordings (when enabled).

Agent Report

Track agent/user performance including call metrics, SMS activity, email stats, and other KPIs.

Appointment Reporting

View appointment outcome stats, booking channels, and sources. You can also adjust columns and export the list for analysis.

Step 3: Open Reports, Filter, and Export

From the Reporting Dashboard, click a report tile to drill into details. Most reports include filters and an export option.

  • Use the report’s date range and filters to refine what you see.
  • Review charts, summary widgets, and list views to identify trends.
  • Use Export (when available) to download data as a list or spreadsheet for sharing or deeper analysis.

Call recordings: If you want recordings to appear in Call Reporting, make sure recording is enabled under Settings → Phone Numbers and the correct number configuration is updated.

Step 4: Customize Columns & Export Appointment Data

Appointment Reporting is one of the most useful areas to customize because you may want different fields visible depending on your workflow.

  • Click Columns to choose which fields display in the list view.
  • Use Export to download your appointment data for spreadsheets, client reports, or internal reviews.

Step 5: Use Date Ranges (Including Single-Day Reports)

Most reports include a date picker so you can analyze performance over time or isolate a specific day.

  • Standard ranges: choose a start and end date to view metrics for the entire period.
  • Single-day reporting: set the same date as both start and end (for example, January 1 as both dates).
  • No data? Confirm both dates are selected—many reports won’t load stats until both are set.

Tip: If you’re checking “today” and don’t see data, expand the range to include the last few days—some platforms report with delays.

Step 6: Quickly Add Widgets from Any Section

You can customize your dashboards by adding widgets from other areas of BizStackPro without building them from scratch.

  1. Open the area you’re working in (calls, appointments, reporting, etc.).
  2. Click the widget icon (when available) to open a “Quick Add” popup.
  3. Select a suggested widget and add it to your dashboard.

Example: If your team is call-heavy, add call volume and answered/missed widgets so you can spot coverage gaps faster.

Make reporting faster and more actionable

Use exports, filters, and quick widgets to turn your Reporting Dashboard into a daily decision-making tool.
