Confirm the Target URL is correct, the redirect path matches your intended path (for example /zoom), and test using the full URL in an incognito/private window.
Edit the redirect rule and check for typos, extra characters, or trailing spaces in the destination URL. Also confirm the redirect was created under the correct domain.
