BizStackPro Help Center · Funnels & Payments
Fix common issues with upsell products in BizStackPro funnels, including missing upsell offers, buttons not triggering payments, incorrect pricing, redirect failures, and availability problems.
Upsell funnels can quickly lose revenue when products fail to appear, buttons stop triggering payments, redirects break, or pricing displays incorrectly during checkout.
BizStackPro upsell systems rely on properly connected products, valid payment gateways, correctly configured button actions, post-purchase logic, and stable funnel routing to process one-click offers successfully.
Without correct upsell configuration, businesses may lose additional sales opportunities, confuse customers during checkout, create failed payment attempts, or break the customer purchase experience entirely.
This guide explains how to troubleshoot missing upsell products, fix payment button problems, resolve pricing and redirect issues, configure one-click upsells, and stabilize funnel offer behavior inside BizStackPro.
Before troubleshooting advanced upsell funnel problems, it helps to understand how products, payment gateways, one-click billing, button actions, redirects, and inventory settings work together inside BizStackPro funnels.
Upsell products are a powerful way to increase average order value, but if they’re not configured correctly, customers may not see the offer, the price may be wrong, or payments/redirects may fail. Use this guide to troubleshoot the most common issues and get your upsell flow running smoothly again.
Quick win: Most upsell issues come from (1) the product not being attached to the upsell step, (2) the button action not set to Submit order / Upsell, or (3) the step not using the correct payment provider.
This typically happens when the product exists in Payments but isn’t attached to the upsell step, or the product is inactive.
If the button doesn’t trigger a charge, it’s usually due to incorrect button action settings or missing payment configuration on the step.
Tip: If the button looks clickable but does nothing, check for overlapping sections/elements on top of the button (especially on mobile).
Price mismatches usually occur when the upsell step is linked to the wrong product, an outdated duplicate, or a different variant.
Important: If you rename campaigns or change tracking later, review any checkout/analytics logic. When possible, test in an incognito window to reduce cached behavior during troubleshooting.
Redirect problems usually come from misconfigured post-purchase redirect settings, unpublished next steps, or an incorrect funnel step order.
One-click upsells typically reuse the payment method from the main checkout. If the card isn’t being charged automatically, the upsell may be configured as a separate checkout or not linked to the original transaction context.
If the button doesn’t respond or behaves unpredictably, check button action settings, overlapping elements, and custom scripts.
A down-sell is an alternate offer shown after a customer declines an upsell—often at a lower price or with adjusted terms.
If inventory or quantity isn’t reflected correctly, product stock settings or inventory sync between your store and the funnel may be misconfigured.
When upsell products, buttons, redirects, and pricing are configured correctly, you can maximize revenue on every order and deliver a seamless checkout experience inside BizStackPro.
Opens in a new tab.
Confirm the upsell product is active in Payments → Products and attached to the correct upsell step in your funnel. Save the step and preview the funnel to verify the offer appears.
Make sure the upsell button action is set to Submit order / Upsell, and confirm the funnel step is using a connected payment provider.
Verify the step is linked to the correct product/variant and that the price is correct in Payments → Products. Re-select the product on the upsell step and test again.
Ensure the upsell is configured as a post-purchase one-click upsell, your gateway supports one-click billing, and the step uses the same gateway as the original checkout.
Review inventory settings in Payments → Products and confirm quantities are synced with any external store integration. Save changes and re-test the funnel.
Upsells are only profitable when the product, button action, gateway, and redirect flow are all aligned. Run a full test checkout after every change so you catch issues before customers do.
Better checkout. Higher revenue.
