Fix missing products in the selector, incorrect pricing, upsell visibility issues, and learn how to remove products safely—so your checkouts run smoothly in BizStackPro.
Products that are missing from selectors, showing the wrong price, or failing to trigger upsells can quickly disrupt the customer checkout experience and reduce conversions.
BizStackPro product systems rely on active price points, correct product assignments, proper checkout configuration, and stable funnel step routing to process purchases correctly.
Without proper product setup, businesses may create broken checkout pages, incorrect billing amounts, missing upsell offers, or incomplete order flows that frustrate customers and reduce revenue.
This guide explains how to troubleshoot missing products, fix checkout pricing issues, configure upsells correctly, remove products safely, and stabilize product setup behavior inside BizStackPro funnels and websites.
Before troubleshooting advanced checkout and funnel issues, it helps to understand how products, price points, checkout settings, upsell steps, and payment routing work together inside BizStackPro.
Adding products properly is essential for smooth checkouts and accurate revenue tracking inside BizStackPro. If a product doesn’t appear in the selector, shows the wrong price, or upsells aren’t displaying, the cause is usually a quick configuration fix.
Quick check: A product typically won’t appear in selectors unless it has at least one active price point and you’re working in the same location where the product was created.
To sell a product on a funnel step or website page, you must create the product (with at least one price point) and then attach it to the correct checkout step/page.
If you open the selector and your product is missing, check these common causes.
Tip: If you just created the product, a quick refresh usually pulls it into the selector list.
When customers see the wrong price, the checkout step/page is usually connected to the wrong price point or variant.
Upsells only appear when they are attached to the correct upsell step and the funnel flow is completed in sequence.
Good to know: Previewing an upsell page directly can bypass the trigger—test by going through checkout first.
If you can’t remove a product, it’s usually still referenced by a step, order bump, upsell/downsell, or automation.
Proper product setup (price points, step assignment, and testing) prevents checkout surprises and keeps your revenue tracking accurate.
Opens in a new tab.
Create or confirm your product and add at least one active price point. Then select the product and price point in the checkout step/page settings, save, publish, and run a full test checkout.
Confirm the product is active, has at least one active price point, is in the same location, and refresh the editor after creation.
The step/page is likely pointing to the wrong price point or variant. Re-select the correct price point, save, and re-test checkout.
Upsells must be attached to the upsell step after checkout, have an active price point, be published, and be tested by completing the initial purchase first.
Remove all dependencies (step selections, order bumps, upsells/downsells, workflows) and then delete the product again from the funnel’s Products tab.
A clean product setup improves conversion, reduces checkout errors, and keeps reporting reliable—especially when you add order bumps and post-purchase upsells.
Better setup. Fewer checkout surprises.
