Overview
The Funnel Builder helps you create high-converting pages using a drag-and-drop editor, reusable sections, tracking tools, and advanced settings. Funnels are organized into steps, where each step is an actual page in your funnel (opt-in page, thank you page, sales page, checkout, etc.).
Step 1 — Navigate to Funnels
- Go to Sites → Funnels.
- View existing funnels or click the blue button to create a new funnel.
- After creating a funnel, add a Step (each step is one page).
- If needed, import pages from ClickFunnels and then update styling inside the builder.
Tip: Name steps by purpose (Opt-In, Thank You, Sales, Checkout) so your funnel stays easy to manage.
Key Tabs in Funnels
- STEPS — View and switch between funnel steps/pages.
- OVERVIEW — Edit or preview the selected step.
- PRODUCTS — View products connected to the step (when applicable).
- PUBLISHING — Update the step name and URL path (slug).
- STATS — Track page views, opt-ins, sales metrics, cart value, and revenue.
- SETTINGS — Configure domain/path, favicon URL, tracking codes, optimization, payment mode, fonts, widgets, and more.
- SECURITY — Add custom headers (example: Content-Security-Policy).
- EVENTS — Manage pixels/CAPI tokens and event data settings.
Note: The older Sales area may be deprecated. Use Payments → Orders/Transactions for purchase records.
Step 2 — Build Pages in the Funnel Builder
Page structure
- Sections (largest containers)
- Rows (inside sections)
- Columns (inside rows)
- Elements (buttons, text, images, forms, etc.)
You add items via drag-and-drop and customize each part using the settings panel.
Pre-built sections
Use pre-built sections (welcome, about, team, testimonials, and more) to move faster:
- Click the + icon or + Add Elements
- Choose Pre-Built Sections
- Drag the section onto your page and customize content + styling
Font weight controls
- Choose Desktop or Mobile view.
- Select light, medium, or bold.
- If text is manually bolded, deselect that bold formatting so the global setting applies.
Animations
You can add animations to headings, sub-headings, paragraphs, and bullet lists, then preview before publishing.
Custom Data Option Picker
Insert custom fields/values into text by using the toolbar picker or typing { inside the editor. This is useful for personalization and CRM-based content.
Version History & Auto-Save
- Edits auto-save as you work.
- A new version is saved about every 10 minutes (when changes exist).
- You can manually save at any time.
- Up to 50 versions may be stored per item.
- You can restore a previous version if something breaks or needs rollback.
