Media files can quickly become difficult to manage when images, videos, PDFs, and downloads are scattered across different projects without a clear organization system.
The Media Library in BizStackPro centralizes uploaded assets so they can be reused across funnels, websites, emails, automations, forms, and other parts of the platform.
Disorganized media libraries can slow down content creation, make assets harder to locate, increase duplicate uploads, and negatively affect page performance when large files are not managed properly.
This guide explains how to access the Media Library, upload and organize files, structure folders, search assets, and use built-in external media sources inside BizStackPro.
Before uploading new assets, it helps to understand how the Media Library organizes files across your account.
Overview
The Media section is your central file hub. Images, videos, documents, and audio used across your account live inside the Media Library.
To get there: Go to Settings → Media, then click Open Media Library.

From Settings → Media, select Open Media Library to view your existing files, upload new media, create folders, and search for assets.
What you can do inside: upload files, manage folders, rename items, delete unused assets, and search external libraries.

Click Upload inside the Media Library to add files from your computer.
