Configure your email providers, reply tracking, forwarding rules, open/click tracking, bounce insights, and sender verification so your messages land in more inboxes—and your team stays in sync.
Email systems can become difficult to manage when replies stop syncing, sender addresses are not verified, forwarding rules fail, or deliverability problems begin affecting campaigns and automation.
The Email Services settings in BizStackPro control provider configuration, reply tracking, forwarding behavior, sender verification, tracking settings, and bounce reporting across your account.
Misconfigured email services can lead to missing conversations, poor inbox placement, failed campaign sends, inaccurate tracking data, or routing issues between departments and users.
This guide explains how to configure Email Services, manage reply and forwarding settings, enable tracking features, verify sender addresses, and use bounce classifications to improve overall email performance.
Before adjusting routing or tracking settings, it helps to understand how BizStackPro manages email providers and reply handling inside the platform.
The Domain Service area is where you choose and manage your default email service provider. You can also enable reply tracking so replies return into BizStackPro, and add additional providers using Add Service.
Tip: If reply tracking is important for your workflow, enable it here first—then test with a real contact to confirm replies are threading the way you expect.
Use this tab to control how inbound replies are routed. You can set forwarding rules, configure BCC behavior, route replies to specific assigned users, and define a custom reply-to address.
Important notes
BizStackPro lets you enable or disable open and click tracking for outgoing emails. Both are commonly enabled by default, and tracking can be adjusted per dedicated domain.
Note: Tracking changes may take up to 15 minutes to apply.
Sender email addresses must be verified before sending campaigns. Verification helps prevent spoofing, protects deliverability, and ensures only valid senders are used.
Deliverability tip: Consistently sending from verified, domain-aligned addresses helps maintain a cleaner sender reputation over time.
Bounce classification helps you understand why emails fail by grouping errors into meaningful categories (mailbox issues, policy blocks, reputation signals, and more). Use these insights to reduce bounce rates and improve deliverability.
Dial in your provider, routing rules, verification, and tracking—then use bounce insights to continually improve inbox placement.

Verification prevents spoofing, protects deliverability, and ensures only valid senders are used. Complete verification via OTP in Email Marketing settings or the Email Services settings page.
When provider settings, routing rules, verification, and tracking are configured properly, your emails perform better and your team stays aligned inside BizStackPro.
Better inbox placement. Cleaner reporting.
