Manage subscriptions, update payment methods, review invoices, and monitor wallet balances inside your BizStackPro Billing Dashboard.
Billing problems can quickly interrupt business operations when subscriptions fail, payment methods expire, wallet balances run low, or invoices become difficult to track.
The Billing area in BizStackPro centralizes subscription management, payment methods, invoices, wallet balances, transaction history, and account-level billing information in one place.
Unmanaged billing settings can lead to failed renewals, interrupted services, disabled usage-based features, or confusion when reviewing charges and account activity.
This guide explains how the Billing Dashboard works, where to manage subscriptions and payment methods, how to review transactions, and how to monitor wallet balances to help prevent account interruptions.
Before managing individual subscriptions or payments, it helps to understand how the Billing Dashboard organizes your account financial settings.
The Billing area in BizStackPro gives you a centralized view of your account finances. From subscriptions to wallets, it’s the place to keep payments current and avoid interruptions caused by failed charges or low balances.
Go to Settings → Billing. This is your control center for subscriptions, payments, invoices, and wallet balances.
In Subscriptions, review what you’re currently paying for and manage plan changes (SaaS, reselling, and Marketplace apps—depending on what your account uses).
In Payment Methods, add a new card, remove outdated cards, and set a primary/default payment method if the option exists.
In Billing Information, confirm your billing address and company details are accurate so invoices and receipts match your records.
In Charges & Transaction History (or Transaction History), you can review past charges and download invoices/receipts.
If your account uses a wallet balance for usage-based features, keep it funded to prevent service interruptions. When available, enable auto-recharge and set alerts so you’re notified before balance runs low.
Good to know: If you ever notice a feature behaving like it’s “limited,” check Billing first— low wallet balance or a failed payment is a common root cause.
Review payment methods, subscriptions, and wallet balances regularly to avoid service interruptions and keep your account stable.
Opens in a new tab.
