Understand every part of the Reputation Overview Dashboard so you can monitor reviews, track invite trends, analyze sentiment, and compare your business against competitors—all in one place.
Reviews, ratings, customer sentiment, and outreach activity can quickly become difficult to monitor when spread across multiple platforms and reports.
The Reputation Overview Dashboard centralizes review performance data so businesses can track invite activity, sentiment trends, review growth, listings health, and competitor comparisons from one location.
Without a centralized reputation dashboard, important trends may go unnoticed, negative feedback may be missed, and outreach performance can become harder to improve over time.
This guide will walk you through the major sections of the Reputation Overview Dashboard so you can better understand your reputation performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
To begin, review what the Reputation Overview Dashboard shows and how its reporting sections help monitor review activity and customer sentiment.
