Each product includes an Include in Online Store setting that impacts store visibility:
- Enabled: the product is eligible to show in stores (and can be selected/used in store pages).
- Disabled: the product is removed from store listings and cannot be selected in any store.
Heads up: If you disable Include in Online Store, it removes the product from all store listings immediately.
Step 3: Use Bulk Actions for Faster Updates
- Select products using the checkboxes in the Products list.
- Open Bulk Actions and choose Include or Exclude.
- Confirm the change to apply it to all selected products.
Step 4: Search and Filter
- Search by name: quickly locate a product by typing part of its title.
- Filter by collection/group: narrow your list to the set of products you want to manage.
Step 5: Confirm Changes on Store Pages
After updates, preview your store’s product list and collection pages to confirm the correct products appear. If a product doesn’t show up, double-check that it’s enabled for store visibility and selected for that store.
