Good to know: Imported products are typically brought into your BizStackPro catalog first. You’ll usually enable/publish the items you want visible in your store after import.
Step 1: Install the Printful App
- Open the App Marketplace in BizStackPro.
- Find and install the Printful app.
- Authorize the connection to your Printful account/store.
Once authorized, you can begin importing Printful products into your BizStackPro product catalog.
Step 2: Authorize and Import Products
After the app is connected, import items from Printful into BizStackPro:
- Open the Printful integration screen and confirm authorization.
- Import your Printful products into the BizStackPro product catalog.
- Manually enable the products you want to publish in your online store.
Why enable manually? This gives you control so you can review pricing, variants, and descriptions before customers see the item.
Step 3: Import Product Descriptions
BizStackPro can automatically pull product descriptions from Printful during import to reduce manual copy/paste work. You can still edit descriptions afterward in BizStackPro to better match your brand voice.
- Descriptions are pulled from Printful’s Product Catalog during import.
- You can edit descriptions in BizStackPro after the product is imported.
- Previously imported products are not affected by this feature.
- If you remove a product and later reimport it, the parent description from Printful is reapplied.
- Descriptions are not overridden by future Printful updates.
Step 4: Accept Orders in Your Store
Once products are imported and published, customers can purchase them through your BizStackPro storefront. Orders placed in BizStackPro are automatically synced to Printful for production and fulfillment.
Important: If a customer’s delivery address is incorrect, the order may not be created or synced in Printful. Double-check shipping details before finalizing orders.

No. Existing product descriptions in BizStackPro remain unchanged. Only products that are removed and reimported will have the parent description from Printful reapplied.
What happens if I reimport a previously removed product?
If a previously removed product is reimported from Printful, the original parent description from Printful will be added again to the product in BizStackPro.
Will product descriptions be overwritten during future updates?
No. Once imported (and even if you edit the description in BizStackPro), it will not be overridden by future Printful updates.
What happens if the delivery address is incorrect?
