Receive real-time data from external systems and trigger powerful automations inside BizStackPro.
Modern businesses often rely on multiple platforms for sales, marketing, payments, customer support, reporting, fulfillment, and operations. Keeping those systems synchronized manually can create delays, duplicate work, and data inconsistencies.
BizStackPro's Inbound Webhook trigger allows external applications to send information directly into workflows, making it possible to launch automations instantly when events occur in other systems.
Without webhook-based integrations, businesses may depend on manual imports, delayed synchronization processes, or disconnected systems that prevent teams from acting on important information in real time.
This guide explains how Inbound Webhooks work, how external systems communicate with BizStackPro, and how businesses can build real-time automation workflows that connect multiple tools and platforms together.
Before creating webhook-powered automations, it helps to understand how APIs, JSON payloads, workflow triggers, custom values, contactless workflows, external applications, and business process automation work together inside BizStackPro.
The Inbound Webhook trigger allows external applications to send data directly into BizStackPro. When an event occurs in another system, an HTTP request to your webhook URL instantly starts a workflow—unlocking real-time automation and system-to-system integrations.
Why use inbound webhooks?
Supported payload format: Inbound Webhooks support JSON payloads only.
Keys should be single strings without spaces (use camelCase or
snake_case).
Once mapped, webhook values behave like custom values and can be used in:
Inbound Webhooks support contactless workflows. That means you can run automations using payload data only—without creating or updating a contact record.
Example use case
Send order data via webhook → log it to Google Sheets → evaluate order value with conditions → notify your team instantly.
Inbound Webhooks unlock real-time automation across your tech stack—so BizStackPro can react instantly when other tools fire events.

An Inbound Webhook allows external systems to send data to BizStackPro and trigger workflows in real time using HTTP requests.
Inbound Webhooks support POST, GET, and PUT requests.
Yes. Workflows can run contactless and execute actions that do not depend on contact information.
Data must be sent as a JSON object. Arrays are supported in the payload but cannot be used as custom values.
You should delete the existing webhook trigger and create a new one to generate a new secure URL.
With an inbound webhook trigger, your workflows can start the moment an external system sends data—perfect for orders, app events, payment updates, or internal system notifications.
Real-time triggers. Cleaner automations.
