Add a review layer to your social workflow. Send posts for approval, let teammates edit or reject content, and customize captions for review posts before they go live.
Social media mistakes can spread quickly when posts are published without review, especially across multiple platforms, client accounts, or team-managed campaigns.
The Post Approval system inside the BizStackPro Social Planner allows content creators, managers, and reviewers to collaborate on posts before they are scheduled or published publicly.
Without approval workflows, teams can accidentally publish unfinished content, inconsistent messaging, incorrect links, or off-brand captions that require correction after posting.
This guide explains how to send posts for approval, assign reviewers, manage approval queues, customize review post captions, and organize collaborative publishing workflows inside BizStackPro.
Before scheduling review-based or team-managed content, it helps to understand how approval workflows, reviewer permissions, and post editing function inside the BizStackPro Social Planner.
Post approval helps teams review social content before it’s scheduled or published. This is especially useful when multiple people create content, when you want to protect brand standards, or when you’re publishing review posts that benefit from a custom caption.
Good to know: For review posts, you can add a caption that frames the testimonial, highlights key takeaways, and encourages engagement.
Instead of scheduling immediately, enable the approval flow:
Tip: If you need fast turnarounds, include a deadline in the internal note (example: “Please approve by 2pm”).
The approver can review the post in the Approval tab:
Once approved, the post follows the schedule you selected. If rejected, revise and resend through the same approval flow.
Review posts can include a custom caption so your testimonial content feels intentional and consistent with your brand voice.
If you leave it blank: BizStackPro will use the review content itself as the caption when the post publishes.
Example caption: “Love seeing results like this 🙌 Want help getting the same outcome? DM us ‘INFO’.”
Post approval protects your brand by catching issues before posts go live—especially for reviews, promotions, and client-facing content.
Opens in a new tab.
If no caption is added, BizStackPro uses the review content itself as the caption when the post is published.
