Before building a complete ecommerce storefront, it helps to understand how products, checkout pages, variants, carts, fulfillment tools, and store-generated website pages work together inside BizStackPro.

Overview: What Is an Online Store?

An online store is your digital storefront—customers browse products, select variants, add items to a cart, and complete checkout from any device. In BizStackPro, online stores are built inside Websites and include the full store structure (product list, product details, cart, checkout, and thank you pages).

Good to know: You can sell products in funnels using order forms, but the full online store experience is created only in Websites.

Step 1: Create Your Products

Go to Payments → Products and choose Create New Product.
Add a clear name and a detailed description.
Upload product images (and videos, if available).
Set pricing, discounts, and tax settings (if applicable).
Create variants (size, color, material, etc.) and configure pricing per variant.
Use the visibility setting to control whether the product appears in your store.

Product Presentation Features

Rich text descriptions help explain benefits and reduce returns.

Catalog display controls help you decide how many products show per page (where supported).

Step 2: Add an Online Store to a Website

Open Sites → Websites and launch the Website Builder.
Create a new page or edit an existing one.
Click the + icon to open elements.
Select Store → Add Online Store and place it on the page.
Customize styling (padding, fonts, colors, borders) to match your brand.
Save and Publish your website.

Note: Builder placeholder products are for layout preview only—your real products display in preview/live once they’re created and set to visible.

Order tracking: manage orders in Payments → Orders.
Transactions: view payments/refunds in Payments → Transactions.
Customer notes: checkout can include a customer notes field (when enabled).
Shipping defaults: configure supported countries and default shipping location.

Step 3: Configure Store Pages

When you add an online store to a website, BizStackPro generates key ecommerce pages automatically:

Products List Page: shows products and collections.

Variant-Specific URLs

You can share links that pre-select a specific variant. Open the product, choose the variant, then copy the URL that includes a ?variant= parameter.

Buy Now Button

Open the Product Details page in the builder.
Enable the Buy Now option in the product settings.
Style the button (colors, border, typography) to match your brand.

Product Labels / Ribbons

Enable labels per product in Payments → Products (example: “New”, “Sale”, “Best Seller”).
Use start/end dates to auto-run promotions and auto-hide labels when time expires.

Version History

Edits are auto-saved periodically (commonly about every 10 minutes).
Up to 50 versions may be stored for a site.
Restore a prior version if a layout or content change needs to be rolled back.

Limitation: Variant-specific default images are not currently supported, so variants share the same product image set.
