Workflow triggers are the starting point of automation in BizStackPro. This guide lists every available trigger—organized by category—so your workflows respond to the right events at the right time.
Workflow automation becomes difficult to manage when businesses are unsure what events should start automation, workflows trigger unexpectedly, or follow-up systems activate for the wrong contacts.
BizStackPro workflow triggers control when automation begins by monitoring business events like forms, appointments, payments, contact updates, tags, messaging activity, and customer actions.
Without understanding workflow triggers, businesses may create automation errors, trigger workflows too broadly, enroll the wrong contacts, or spend extra time troubleshooting unexpected behavior.
This guide explains available workflow trigger categories, how trigger filtering works, and how to build cleaner automation systems inside BizStackPro.
Before building larger automation systems, it helps to understand how triggers, filters, enrollment behavior, actions, and workflow logic work together inside BizStackPro.
A Workflow Trigger starts a workflow when a specific event occurs. A Workflow Action runs after the trigger and performs tasks such as sending messages, updating records, moving opportunities, or granting access.
You can add one or multiple triggers to a workflow depending on how many events should start the same automation.
Good rule: If you want precise enrollments, apply Filters on each trigger. If you leave a trigger generic, the workflow may fire for every matching event across your account.
Note: Payment triggers usually require Payments to be enabled and configured.
Note: IVR triggers typically require LC Phone to be enabled.
When the right triggers fire at the right time, workflows run smoothly without manual effort. Pair triggers with actions to build end-to-end automations.

A workflow trigger is an event that starts a workflow, such as a form submission, contact update, appointment booking, or payment event.
Yes. BizStackPro allows you to add multiple triggers to a single workflow so the same automation can run from different events.
Yes. Many triggers include filter options so you can limit the workflow to specific forms, tags, calendars, products, or other criteria.
If a trigger is left generic, the workflow will fire for every matching event across your account.
Start with filtered triggers for clean enrollments, then expand as your system grows. This trigger list is your reference any time you need the right starting event.
Start events. Filters. Precision automations.
