⚠️ Effective July 30, 2024 — SMS sent from International Long Codes to the UK may be blocked.
If you message UK recipients, prioritize verification and make sure your UK numbers are assigned to an approved bundle.
Key deadlines: KYC is required for new UK number purchases after May 27, 2024. Existing UK numbers should complete KYC by September 30, 2024 to avoid traffic blocking.

Step 1 — Create a Regulatory Bundle
- Go to Settings.
- Select Phone Numbers.
- Open Regulatory Bundle / Address and click Create.
- Choose whether you’re registering as an Individual or Business.

Upload the requested documents and submit your bundle. Your bundle will show a status (for example, pending or approved). If you’re rejected, review the reason and resubmit with corrected details.
Important: Provide real, location-accurate details. Duplicate or mismatched information can cause verification delays.

- Individuals: Select Individual when creating your bundle and complete the KYC steps.
- Businesses using a UK CRN: In many cases, you may only be prompted for items like Proof of Address and an Emergency Address.
- BizStackPro may display banner alerts in accounts that have UK numbers without an approved bundle.

- London number → assign to the London office bundle
