Send incoming calls from your BizStackPro numbers straight to the mobile app—enable forwarding, transfer live calls, and stay responsive on the go.
Teams that work remotely or on the go often need inbound calls routed directly to mobile devices instead of relying on desk phones or browser tabs.
LeadConnector mobile app routing allows incoming calls from your BizStackPro numbers to ring directly inside the mobile app for faster response handling.
Without proper routing setup, calls may go unanswered, route incorrectly, or fail to reach the intended user while they are away from the desktop app.
This guide will walk you through how inbound call routing works in the mobile app so you can answer calls, transfer conversations, and manage inbound communication from anywhere.
To begin, review what inbound call routing is and how calls are forwarded into the LeadConnector mobile app.
When prospects call your BizStackPro number (configured under Settings → Phone Numbers), inbound routing determines where that call rings. With mobile forwarding enabled, the call can ring inside the mobile app so you can answer instantly.
Result: You can take calls on the go, transfer them to teammates, and reduce missed inbound leads.
Heads up: If the user has no valid forwarding/user/company number on file, the “Forward calls to the mobile app” option may not behave as expected.
What to expect: When enabled, inbound calls trigger a push notification and you can answer in-app like a normal call.
Mark contacts as DND directly from the incoming call screen, call logs, or by swiping a conversation thread and choosing DND. This is useful for blocking spam or pausing follow-ups for a contact who requests it.
Tip: If you’re getting repeated unwanted calls/texts, DND is the fastest way to stop outreach to that contact record.
Why you may get two calls: Inbound routing can involve forwarding via configured numbers. Once one leg is answered, the other ringing attempts disconnect automatically.
Turn on mobile inbound routing, transfer calls to teammates, and manage DND quickly—right from your phone.
Opens in a new tab.
Go to Settings → My Staff → Edit user → Call & Voicemail Settings. Assign a phone number and check “Forward calls to the mobile app.”
You must have at least one valid number set as a Call Forwarding number, a User Phone Number, or a Company Phone Number.
While on a call, tap Transfer → pick a teammate → choose Warm Transfer to stay on the line, or Blind Transfer to hand off instantly.
Inbound calls may forward via your configured numbers. When one of the calls is answered, the others disconnect automatically.
Up to 10 devices can ring simultaneously. When you answer on one device, the remaining devices stop ringing.
You’ll receive calls for the account you last switched to. If that account doesn’t support inbound calling, calls will not come through.
Yes. You can mark DND directly from the incoming call screen, call logs, or by swiping a conversation thread and choosing DND.
Answer from anywhere, transfer live calls to teammates, and control DND quickly so your phone system stays clean and responsive.
Faster answers. Cleaner routing.
