Online Listings helps distribute and manage your business information across a large directory network so details like your name, phone number, hours, and website stay consistent.
Without consistent listings, businesses may lose local search visibility, confuse potential customers, or display outdated information across different platforms.
This guide will walk you through how to set up, manage, and maintain Online Listings so you can improve local SEO and keep your business information accurate across the web.

Why Use Online Listings?
Online Listings helps you keep your name, phone number, address (NAP), hours, and website consistent across a large directory network. Consistency supports local SEO and reduces confusion for customers trying to contact you.

Step 1: Create Your Online Listings Account
- Go to Listings: Open Reputation → Listings in your BizStackPro sub-account.
- Run the free scan: Click Scan my business for FREE and review the results.
- Enter business details: Add your business name, phone, website, and address (or choose to hide the address later if you are service-area only).
- Add payment details: Choose the plan/price shown and enter billing information.
- Confirm: Click Confirm to complete setup.
Note: The free scan shows opportunities. Pushing corrections/updates requires an active subscription.
Step 2: Complete Setup for Each Location (Entities View)
After purchase, BizStackPro may show an Entities view to finish setup for each location.
- Open the Entities screen for Listings management.
- Click Complete Setup.
- Review locations marked Pending and complete them one-by-one.
Step 3: Watch Listings Move from Processing to Live
After setup, you may see many directories marked as Processing or Unavailable while data syncs.
- Most directories update within about 48 hours.
- If items still show Processing after 48 hours, give it a bit more time before contacting support.
- Use the directory status list to monitor progress across the network.

Manage a Location
From the Listings screen, click Manage Listing next to a location to open the Online Listings manager and edit details.
Connect Google and Facebook
- Connect your Google Business Profile to improve accuracy and sync key info.
- Connect your Facebook Page for additional consistency across platforms.
Add Logo and Photos
- Select your entity/location.
- Open Edit Listing Information → Media.
- Upload a logo and gallery images.
Hide Address and Set Service Areas
If you’re a service-area business, you can keep your address private and show where you operate instead.
- Enable Hide Business Address.
- Add service areas by city, ZIP code, or sub-localities.
Cancel Online Listings
Cancel from the Listings Screen
- Open Reputation → Listings.
- Click Edit Listings Information (top-right).
- Open the Manage Listings tab.
- Click Cancel Online Listings.
- Confirm the location, choose a reason, then click Confirm.
What cancellation means: Online Listings stops managing the listing, but the listing typically remains in the directory network. Also, cancellation generally applies only after a minimum commitment period (commonly 30 days from form submission).
If Cancellation Fails
If you see an error during cancellation, submit a cancellation request to the support team so they can complete the process for you.
