Add forms, surveys, and calendars to your funnel pages to collect leads, qualify prospects, and book appointments—then guide visitors forward with the right redirect actions.
Funnels often need more than simple page content when businesses want to collect lead information, qualify prospects, or schedule appointments directly from the page experience.
BizStackPro allows forms, surveys, and calendars to be embedded as funnel elements with customizable layouts, redirect behavior, and advanced configuration options.
Missing redirects, unclear form flow, or poorly configured booking elements can leave visitors confused after submission and reduce overall funnel conversion performance.
This guide explains how to add forms, surveys, and calendars into funnels, configure redirect actions, manage settings and layout behavior, and create smoother lead capture and booking experiences inside BizStackPro.
Before configuring redirects and advanced settings, it helps to understand how forms, surveys, and calendars are structured inside the BizStackPro funnel builder.
In BizStackPro funnels, you can embed Forms, Surveys, and Calendars as page elements. Each element has its own settings panel where you select the asset (form/survey/calendar), adjust spacing, and configure behavior—especially what happens after submission (redirects).
Best practice: Always test your page after adding a form/survey/calendar—especially redirects—so visitors never get “stuck.”
Before you can insert these elements into a funnel page, you need to create them inside BizStackPro so they appear in the element selector.
Note: Only calendars created inside BizStackPro are available to use as a funnel element.
Use the drag-and-drop elements panel to place forms, surveys, or calendars on your page.
Tip: You can add multiple forms/surveys to one page—just label sections clearly so visitors know what each one is for.
For forms (and many surveys), the most important configuration is what happens after submission. If you don’t set a redirect, visitors may think nothing happened.
Common redirect options
Redirects can sometimes be configured in more than one place (element settings, button actions, or the form builder). Choose one clear path and test it end-to-end.
You’ll often see an Advanced tab for spacing, visibility, and optional CSS controls. Custom CSS can be helpful for small tweaks—but use it sparingly to keep pages stable across updates and devices.
Country picker toggle: If you disable the country picker display, it typically hides the flag next to the phone number, but the country dropdown remains available.
Combine forms, surveys, and calendars to guide prospects through your funnel—then send them to the right next step automatically.
Opens in a new tab.
Users won’t be redirected after submitting, which can make the funnel feel broken. Always set a redirect for a smooth experience.
Yes—just label them clearly so visitors know what each one is for.
You can adjust spacing, select the form/survey, set redirects, and optionally add custom CSS from the settings panel.
No—this typically hides the country flag next to the phone number, but the dropdown remains available.
No—only calendars created inside BizStackPro can be selected in the funnel builder.
Use forms to capture leads, surveys to qualify them, and calendars to book them—then connect each step with clean redirects.
Better flow. Better conversion.
