Improve deliverability, branding, and trust by using your own Branded Domain for BizStackPro outbound communication links—so forms, invoices, calendar links, and URLs reflect your business (not a shared system domain).
Customers are more likely to trust emails, forms, invoices, and scheduling links when the URLs match your business brand instead of a shared or unfamiliar system domain.
Branded Domains allow BizStackPro to generate outbound links using your own domain, helping create a more consistent experience across forms, calendars, payment links, and other customer-facing assets.
Using shared domains can reduce brand consistency and may affect deliverability or customer trust when recipients see links that do not clearly match your business identity.
This guide explains how Branded Domains work, how to configure the required DNS records, and what changes after your branded domain is connected successfully.
Before connecting your domain, it helps to understand why BizStackPro uses branded link domains for outbound communication.
Branded Domains let each BizStackPro account use a unique domain instead of shared URLs. This helps isolate domain reputation, improve deliverability, and strengthen brand identity across outbound communications.
Why it matters: When many accounts share the same domain, deliverability can be less predictable. With a branded domain, your business controls its own reputation and brand experience.
Before adding your branded domain in BizStackPro, create a CNAME record with your DNS provider to verify ownership and route your link domain properly.
linkbrand.ludicrous.cloudCopy the “Points To” value exactly as shown inside BizStackPro.
Important: The link. prefix is required to ensure tracking links, forms, calendars, invoices, and other BizStackPro-generated URLs work properly.
If your DNS provider supports automatic authorization (for example, GoDaddy), BizStackPro can create and authorize the required records for you, making setup faster.
If your provider doesn’t support automatic authorization, add the CNAME record manually in your DNS dashboard and allow time for DNS propagation.
After the CNAME record is added, BizStackPro will verify your domain. If you set up DNS manually, confirm your DNS
provider shows the CNAME pointing to brand.ludicrous.cloud and give it time to propagate.
Once verified, your branded domain becomes the default for many client-facing links in BizStackPro, including:
Result: A more professional, consistent brand experience for every customer interaction.
