Enable and customize product sorting and filtering on Product List pages to help shoppers find what they want faster.
Fast, intuitive product browsing helps improve conversions. BizStackPro’s Ecommerce Site Builder includes built-in sorting and filtering options inside the Product List element so shoppers can narrow down products quickly.
When configured correctly, you can highlight new arrivals, help customers stay within a budget, and make your catalog easier to navigate—especially as it grows.
Good to know: Sorting and filtering are applied only on pages where the Product List element is placed—turning it on for one page doesn’t automatically affect every page in your store.
Open the Site Builder and navigate to the page where you want products displayed. Add the Product List element (or click the existing one) so its settings appear.
With the Product List element selected, open its settings and toggle on the available sorting and filtering options. These controls appear in preview and live mode so customers can choose how to browse.
Click Save, then use Preview to confirm the controls look right and function as expected. Make any adjustments, then publish your changes.
For collection and category-style pages, you can choose a default sorting method. If you don’t select one, BizStackPro typically falls back to Date: New to Old.
You can also adjust how many products display per row. Select the Product List element, open Layout Options, and choose between 1–5 columns. Save and publish when done.
Important: No filters are applied by default—customers must choose filters manually while browsing.
Better sorting and filtering helps customers find products faster—which can increase conversions and average order value.
