How To Schedule Content with the Recurring Scheduling Post Feature

Automate your posting strategy with recurring schedules so your content stays consistent—daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.

Keeping Content Active Without Reposting Everything Manually

Consistently reposting evergreen content, reminders, promotions, or recurring updates can become difficult when businesses have to manually recreate the same posts over and over.

The Recurring Scheduling feature inside the BizStackPro Social Planner allows posts to automatically repeat on daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly schedules directly from the publishing calendar.

Without structured scheduling workflows, important content can stop circulating, posting consistency can break down, and valuable evergreen posts may lose long-term visibility.

This guide explains how to create recurring posts, configure scheduling frequencies, manage recurring content through Calendar View, and automate long-term posting workflows inside BizStackPro.

Before setting up automated recurring schedules, it helps to understand how recurring posts and Calendar View work together inside the BizStackPro Social Planner.

Overview

Recurring scheduling lets you automatically repost selected content on a repeating schedule. This helps your message reach more people over time—including followers who may have missed the original post.

Good to know: Use the Social Planner’s filters, search, and different views to quickly find scheduled and recurring posts—especially when managing multiple campaigns.

How recurring scheduling works

  1. Go to MarketingSocial PlannerNew Post.
  2. Create your post content (text, media, and optional AI-generated copy).
  3. Open the posting options and choose Schedule Recurring Post.
  4. Select a frequency:
    • Daily
    • Weekly (select the day(s) of the week)
    • Monthly
    • Yearly
  5. Choose the time of day the post should publish.

Tip: For weekly schedules, pick specific day(s) that match your audience behavior—then keep the cadence consistent.

Calendar View for recurring posts

Calendar View shows all scheduled and recurring posts in one place so you can quickly see what’s going out and when.

  1. Go to MarketingSocial Planner.
  2. Create a new post (or open an existing scheduled post).
  3. Set or adjust the recurring option from the post menu.
  4. Review your upcoming content in Calendar View.

Editing: If you need changes later, you can update recurring posts directly from the Calendar View.

Benefits of recurring scheduling

  • Comprehensive visibility: See recurring content alongside scheduled posts in one place.
  • Better planning: Adjust recurring posts without recreating them from scratch.
  • Long-term automation: Schedule weeks, months, or even years ahead.

Example: Re-run a top-performing promo every month, or repost evergreen tips weekly to stay visible.

Automate your social presence

Set recurring schedules once and keep your content consistently showing up across your connected platforms.
