Reset your password whether you forgot it, want to rotate credentials, or need to help a team member regain access.
Password issues can quickly interrupt daily work, especially when users forget credentials, get locked out, or need to update passwords after staff or security changes.
BizStackPro provides different password reset options depending on the user’s access level, including self-service resets through My Profile and admin-managed resets through My Staff.
Weak passwords, outdated credentials, or delayed resets can create security risks and make it harder for teams to access the tools they need to continue working efficiently.
This guide explains how password resets work in BizStackPro, where to manage them based on permissions, and what requirements apply when creating a new password.
Before resetting a password, it helps to understand which reset method applies to your level of account access.
BizStackPro provides multiple password reset paths depending on your access level: if you don’t have staff management access, you’ll reset your own password in My Profile. If you’re an admin (or have access to My Staff), you can trigger a reset for yourself or another user.
Password requirements: At least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
Use this option if you do not see My Staff in Settings.
Tip: If the update doesn’t appear to “stick,” refresh the page and try logging out and back in.
Use this option if you have access to Settings → My Staff. This is typically for admins or users with staff management permissions.
Admin note: If you reset another user’s password, remind them to update any saved password manager entries and re-login on mobile devices.
If you’re locked out completely, use the Forgot Password link on the BizStackPro login screen to send a reset email.
Deliverability tip: If you don’t receive the reset email, check Spam/Promotions folders and confirm you’re using the correct login email address.
Strong passwords + clean user management makes it easier to protect your data and keep your team productive.
