How to Obtain Australian Phone Numbers

Overview

To purchase and use Australian phone numbers in BizStackPro, you’ll typically need to create an Address Bundle and submit a Regulatory Bundle with your business documentation. Once approved, you can add Australian numbers for calls and SMS.

Step 1 — Open Settings

From your BizStackPro dashboard, go to Settings (typically in the lower-left sidebar).

Step 2 — Open Phone Numbers

Select the Phone Numbers section to view existing numbers and add new ones.

Step 3 — Create an Address Bundle

1. Click Create and choose Address Bundle.
2. Enter your business details exactly as shown on your official documents.

Step 4 — Confirm Bundle Details

Provide your business name, physical address, and all required information. Double-check everything against your ASIC record so there are no mismatches during review.

Step 5 — Create a Regulatory Bundle (Australia)

1. Click Create and choose Regulatory Bundle.
2. Select Country: Australia.
3. Select the appropriate Type (for example, Mobile if that’s what you’re requesting).
4. Upload your ASIC registration documents (PDF) for any requested fields.

Step 6 — Await Approval

Regulatory Bundle approvals are commonly processed within 24 hours, depending on review volume and submission accuracy.

Step 7 — Add Your Australian Number

1. Return to Phone Numbers.
2. Click Add a phone number.
3. Select Australia, choose an area code, and pick from available numbers.
4. Confirm to add the number to your account.

Important Notes

• ABN Lookup is often used to find and download your ASIC registration record.
• All details should match your official documents exactly to reduce delays or rejections.
• If you don’t see Bundles options, you may need admin permissions for the account/sub-account.
• If a number you want is unavailable, try a different area code or check back later.
