Use the BizStackPro Reporting Dashboard to quickly access metrics and graphs for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Attribution, Call Reporting, Agent Reporting, and Appointments—all in one place.
Businesses often collect data from multiple systems, making it difficult to see how ads, calls, appointments, and team performance connect together.
The BizStackPro Reporting Dashboard centralizes multiple reporting tools so you can review marketing activity, attribution data, call performance, appointments, and agent metrics from one location.
Without centralized reporting, teams may miss performance trends, overlook operational issues, or struggle to connect marketing efforts to real business outcomes.
This guide will walk you through how to navigate the Reporting Dashboard so you can access reports faster, monitor trends more efficiently, and use data to make better decisions across your business.
To begin, review the overview of the Reporting Dashboard and understand how the available reports are organized inside BizStackPro.
The Reporting Dashboard is your central hub for performance data in BizStackPro. It brings together a set of preconfigured reports so you can review metrics, visualize trends, and make better decisions without jumping between tools.
From this dashboard, you can access reports for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Attribution, Call Reporting, Agent Reporting, and Appointment Reporting. Each report includes its own filters, charts, and list views.
Note: To use Google Ads or Facebook Ads reporting, you must first integrate your Google and/or Facebook accounts with your BizStackPro company.
You can return to the Reporting Dashboard as often as you like to monitor trends and check updated performance across connected reports.
The exact reports you see depend on your account setup and integrations. Here’s what each report typically covers:
View impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend—often with drilldowns for campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords. Use it to spot winners and optimize budget.
Analyze campaigns, ad sets, and ads—plus performance metrics tied to your tracking setup. Helpful for understanding which creatives and audiences drive the best outcomes.
Understand where leads come from and how they convert. Use it to connect marketing activity to pipeline progress and results.
Review inbound/outbound call activity and outcomes. Useful for tracking answered vs. missed calls, call volume sources, and call history.
Monitor performance across users/agents—often including call activity, SMS/email stats, and related productivity metrics. Great for coaching and accountability.
Track booking activity and outcomes across calendars. Helpful for understanding busy days, cancellation/reschedule trends, and top-performing calendars.
Pro tip: Use Ads reports + Attribution together to confirm which campaigns actually produce leads and revenue—not just clicks.
From the Reporting Dashboard, you can switch between reports to review different parts of your performance:
Most reports include a date range selector so you can analyze performance across any period.
Use the Reporting Dashboard to identify what’s working, fix what’s not, and keep marketing and operations aligned with real numbers.
