Convert an existing campaign into a BizStackPro workflow so you can add advanced triggers, branching paths, and better troubleshooting with execution logs.
Automation systems often become harder to maintain when older campaign tools lack newer workflow features like branching logic, advanced triggers, or easier troubleshooting controls.
BizStackPro allows businesses to import existing campaigns into Workflows so existing messaging can stay intact while gaining access to deeper automation logic and workflow controls.
Without upgrading older campaign systems, businesses may miss automation flexibility, spend extra time rebuilding content manually, or struggle to troubleshoot enrollment and automation behavior.
This guide explains how to import campaigns into Workflows, customize automation paths, improve control using workflow logic, and verify automation performance inside BizStackPro.
Before upgrading campaign automation, it helps to understand how triggers, Wait steps, If/Else branching, workflow filters, Execution Logs, and publishing controls work together inside BizStackPro Workflows.
Importing a campaign into a workflow keeps your existing messages while giving you more automation control. Workflows support deeper logic (filters, If/Else branches, multiple triggers) and make troubleshooting easier.
Good to know: The imported workflow is created in Draft mode so you can review and adjust safely before anything runs.
After the import finishes, you’ll see a confirmation message in the Workflow Builder.
Once imported, you can treat it like any other workflow and customize the logic.
Tip: If your campaign used “Stop on Response,” confirm whether that still fits your new workflow logic before publishing.
Reminder: Publishing activates the workflow immediately. Keep it in Draft until triggers and filters are confirmed.
Import your campaign once, then upgrade it with workflow triggers, branching, and execution logs for better control.
Opens in a new tab.
Go to Automation → Workflows, click + Create Workflow, choose Import from a Campaign, select the campaign, then click Import.
Review the confirmation message, customize the workflow, click Save, then publish it when ready.
Yes. You can edit triggers, paths, waits, and actions just like any workflow.
Workflows give you better control, branching logic, and visibility into automation performance—without losing the content you already built.
More control. Better troubleshooting.
