How to Create and Update Global Sections

Global sections let you reuse the same section across multiple pages—perfect for headers, footers, and site-wide call-to-action areas. Edit once, update everywhere.

Managing Repeated Website Content Without Updating Every Page Manually

Repeating the same headers, footers, banners, and contact sections across multiple pages can become difficult to maintain as a website or funnel grows.

Global Sections in BizStackPro allow reusable sections to be shared across multiple pages so updates can sync automatically wherever that section is used.

Without a reusable section system, businesses often waste time making repetitive edits, create inconsistent branding, and increase the risk of outdated information remaining on live pages.

This guide explains how to create, save, place, update, and manage Global Sections inside BizStackPro so recurring content stays organized and consistent across funnels and websites.

Before saving reusable sections across multiple pages, it helps to understand how Global Sections sync updates throughout the BizStackPro builder.

Overview

Global sections are reusable sections you can place on multiple pages. Instead of copying and pasting the same header, footer, or banner on every page, you save it once as a global section and reuse it wherever needed. When you edit that global section later, it updates everywhere it’s used.

Common examples:

  • Site-wide headers with logo and navigation
  • Consistent footers with contact details and links
  • Announcement bars or promotional banners
  • Reusable contact blocks and social icon rows

Tip: Use clear naming like Global Header, Global Footer, or Promo Bar – Spring so you can find the right section quickly when your library grows.

Part 1: Create and Save a Global Section

  1. Open the builder: Open any funnel or website page in the builder.
  2. Add a section: Click the + icon and choose Section.
  3. Design the section: Add rows, columns, and elements (logo, navigation, buttons, text, etc.).
  4. Save as a global section:
    1. Open the Layers panel.
    2. Select the Section you want to reuse.
    3. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu for that section.
    4. Choose Save Section.
  5. Name and save: Give it a clear name and save it as a Global Section.

Good to know: A global section is most useful when you plan to reuse it in more than one place. If it’s only for one page, keeping it local can help avoid accidental site-wide changes.

Part 2: Add a Saved Global Section to a Page

  1. Open the page: Navigate to the page where you want the section and open it in the builder.
  2. Add the section: Click the + icon and choose your saved Global Section.
  3. Position it: Drag and drop it into place (top for headers, bottom for footers, etc.).
  4. Save: Click Save (and publish if you want it live immediately).

Important: You must add the global section to each page where you want it to appear. Once it’s placed, updates to that global section will sync across all pages that use it.

Managing and Updating Global Sections

After a section is saved as global and added to multiple pages, you can manage it from any page where it appears:

  • Edit content: Open a page, edit the global section, and save. All pages using it update automatically.
  • Reorder on one page: Move the section up/down on a specific page without changing its position on other pages.
  • Remove from a page: Deleting it removes it only from that page; it stays saved in your global library.
  • Use multiple globals: Create separate globals like Main Header, Sales Footer, or Contact Bar.

Example: If you update your phone number in a global footer, every page using that footer updates—no manual edits across dozens of pages.

Build once, reuse everywhere

Global sections keep your branding and navigation consistent while saving hours of manual updates across funnels and websites.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will updates to a global section automatically apply to all pages where it is used?

Yes. Updates made to a global section automatically apply to every page where that global section is placed.

Do I need to add a global section to each page individually?

Yes. You must add the global section to each page where you want it to appear. After that, changes sync across those pages.

How do I edit a global section once it’s on a page?

Open any page that includes the global section, edit it in the builder, and save. Updates will apply everywhere it’s used.

What types of content are best suited for global sections?

Headers, footers, navigation bars, contact blocks, social icons, and recurring CTAs are great use cases for global sections.

What happens if I remove a global section from one page?

Removing it from one page only affects that page. The section remains saved and can still be used on other pages.

Scale your site without the busywork
