Create, manage, and organize web stores inside BizStackPro using the Stores tab under the Sites section—plus learn how folders and deletion work behind the scenes.
Managing multiple ecommerce stores can become difficult when products, websites, funnels, and store assets start spreading across different sections of a business platform.
The Stores tab inside BizStackPro provides a centralized location for creating, organizing, viewing, and managing ecommerce stores alongside related website assets and folders.
Without a structured organization system, businesses can lose track of store assets, accidentally delete important ecommerce sites, or struggle to separate stores by brand, client, or project.
This guide explains how to create stores, organize them with folders, understand store-to-website relationships, and manage ecommerce store workflows inside BizStackPro.
Before creating or organizing ecommerce stores, it helps to understand how the Stores tab, Websites section, shared folders, and store management tools work together inside BizStackPro.
The Stores tab under the Sites section provides a dedicated place to create and manage ecommerce stores in BizStackPro. You get a unified interface to view all stores, organize them into folders, and open the store builder for customization.
Because each store is also a website, the Stores tab and Websites section work together to keep everything organized while still giving you ecommerce-specific tools and views.
Good to know: Stores appear in both the Stores tab and the Websites section. This is expected—stores are treated as websites with ecommerce capabilities.
The Stores tab helps you manage all stores in one place. Sorting, filtering, and folder options mirror what you’ll see for websites and funnels—so your workflow stays consistent.
Heads up: If you delete a store, it’s removed from both places. If you’re unsure, duplicate/backup critical pages before deleting.
Tip: Use Website folders when you want to group a store and its related marketing site assets together. Use Store folders when you only want ecommerce properties in that folder.
The Stores tab gives you a centralized way to create new web stores, manage existing ones, and stay organized as your ecommerce footprint grows.
