Connect your YouTube channel to Social Planner so you can schedule YouTube Videos and Shorts, manage publishing details, and keep everything organized alongside your other social platforms.
Uploading YouTube videos and Shorts manually can become time-consuming when businesses are trying to maintain consistent publishing schedules across multiple platforms.
The BizStackPro Social Planner allows YouTube channels to be connected directly into the scheduling workflow so videos and Shorts can be planned, scheduled, and managed from one centralized calendar.
Incorrect Google account permissions, missing channel access, or unsupported upload settings can prevent videos from publishing correctly and interrupt content scheduling workflows.
This guide explains how to connect YouTube channels, authorize Google permissions, configure video and Shorts uploads, troubleshoot connection issues, and organize YouTube publishing workflows inside BizStackPro.
Before scheduling YouTube Videos and Shorts through Social Planner, it helps to understand how Google permissions, connected channels, and upload requirements work together inside BizStackPro.
Connecting YouTube to BizStackPro’s Social Planner lets you authenticate your channel, create posts for both YouTube Videos and YouTube Shorts, and schedule publishing from a single calendar. You can also build multi-platform content using one composer workflow.
Best practice: Use the Google account that owns your YouTube channel (or has the correct channel permissions). If you connect the wrong Google account, your channel may not appear.
If your channel doesn’t show up: make sure you signed into the correct Google account, then retry the connection from Social Planner settings.
After connecting your channel, you can create and schedule YouTube content directly inside Social Planner.
Tip: Keep your first line compelling—YouTube often surfaces early description text more prominently in previews.
Shorts tip: Use a vertical file and keep it under 60 seconds to maximize the chances of YouTube recognizing it as a Short.
Social Planner’s composer can help you build a single content workflow and schedule across multiple platforms. This is especially useful when you’re repurposing a YouTube video into Shorts, Reels, and other formats.
