

Connect your Google My Business (Google Business Profile) locations to BizStackPro’s Social Planner so you can create, schedule, and publish posts alongside Facebook and Instagram—without switching between tools.
Social Planner lets you connect multiple channels and manage your posting calendar in one place. When you connect your Google My Business (also known as Google Business Profile), you can publish timely updates—offers, announcements, and local posts—directly to your location(s) alongside your other social accounts.
Before you connect: Use the Gmail account that manages your Google Business Profile locations and ensure you have sufficient permissions (Owner/Manager). If you manage many locations, review the “Chain location” limitation below.
Follow these steps to connect your Google My Business (Google Business Profile) locations to Social Planner:
After connecting: Your selected location(s) will appear as posting destinations when you create and schedule content in Social Planner.
Social Planner supports multiple Google Business Profile locations. You can manage them anytime from settings.
Tip: If you don’t see the correct locations, confirm you authorized the right Gmail account and that your role in Google Business Profile includes the ability to manage posts.
This appears when a location is already connected in Social Planner. The same location can’t be added twice.

If your profile is considered a “chain” location set, Google may disable posting through the Local Post API. In that case, publishing from Social Planner won’t be available for those locations.
“This location belongs to a chain. The Local Post API is disabled for this location.”
Good to know: Social Planner can still manage non-chain locations and other social channels. If you manage many locations, you may need a different workflow for “chain” publishing depending on Google’s policies.

Go to Social Planner → Settings → Connect a new Google My Business profile, then choose your Gmail account, authorize access, and select your location(s).
It means that location is already connected in Social Planner. The same location can’t be added twice.
Google may disable the Local Post API for chain location sets (often more than 10 locations). Those locations can’t publish posts through Social Planner.
Yes. You can connect and manage multiple locations from Social Planner settings, as long as Google allows Local Post API publishing for those locations.
