How to Connect to Your Facebook Page for Use in the Social Planner

Connect your Facebook Page to BizStackPro’s Social Planner so you can schedule, create, and publish posts to your Pages alongside Facebook Groups, Instagram, and Google My Business — all from one dashboard.

Managing Facebook Page Publishing Without Logging Into Multiple Accounts

Managing Facebook Pages manually can become difficult when businesses need to schedule content consistently across multiple brands, client accounts, or marketing campaigns.

The BizStackPro Social Planner allows Facebook Pages to be connected directly into one publishing dashboard so posts can be created, scheduled, and managed alongside other social platforms.

Missing Page permissions, incomplete Facebook authorization, or connecting with the wrong Facebook profile can prevent Pages from appearing correctly and interrupt publishing workflows.

This guide explains how to connect Facebook Pages, authorize LeadConnector permissions, manage multiple Pages, troubleshoot missing Page access, and organize Facebook publishing workflows inside BizStackPro.

Before scheduling posts through Social Planner, it helps to understand how Facebook Page permissions, admin access, and connected account authorization work together inside BizStackPro.

Overview

Social Planner helps you connect and manage multiple social accounts from one place—including Facebook Pages and Groups, Instagram, and Google My Business. Once your Facebook Page is connected, you can publish and schedule posts directly from BizStackPro.

Before you connect: You must have Admin / Full Control access to the Facebook Page, and you must log in with the Facebook profile that has those permissions. Facebook does not allow third-party posting to personal profiles—only Pages and Groups.

Step 1 — Connect Your Facebook Page

Follow these steps to connect one or more Facebook Pages to Social Planner:

  1. In BizStackPro, go to MarketingSocial Planner.
  2. Click the Settings (gear) icon.
  3. Select Connect to Facebook (or Connect a new Facebook Page).
  4. When prompted, approve permissions for the third-party app LeadConnector and continue.
  5. Facebook will show a list of Pages tied to the logged-in profile—select the Page(s) you want to connect.
  6. Click Next and complete the prompts to finish authorization.

Tip: When Facebook shows the “choose pages” screen, select all Pages you may want to use. If you skip a Page, you often need to remove and reconnect to add it later.

Facebook Classic vs. New Page Experience

Facebook may present Pages in two formats. The connection flow is similar, but permissions are managed differently:

  • Classic Pages: Admin access is typically straightforward—connect using the steps above.
  • New Page Experience: Confirm your role under Page Access and ensure you have Full Control.

Where to check: Open the Page in Facebook → SettingsPage Access → verify Full Control for your profile.

If You Need to Add More Pages Later

If you connected Facebook previously and now want to add additional Pages, Facebook may keep the earlier permissions set. The simplest fix is to remove the integration and reconnect so Facebook re-prompts you to select pages and permissions.

  1. Go to Facebook → Settings.
  2. Open Business Integrations.
  3. Find LeadConnector and remove it.
  4. Return to BizStackPro Social Planner and reconnect Facebook.
  5. When prompted, select all Pages you want connected and approve permissions.

Important: Always reconnect using the Facebook profile that has Admin access to the Page(s). If you log in with the wrong profile, your Pages may not appear.

Manage Connected Accounts

You can manage all connected social accounts at any time:

  • Open Social Planner.
  • Click the Settings (gear) icon.
  • View all connected Pages/Groups and other platforms.
  • Add new connections, disable accounts, remove accounts, or reconnect as needed.

Use case: If you manage multiple brands or client Pages, keep connections organized and toggle accounts on/off depending on which brand you’re posting for.

Schedule Facebook posts without jumping between tools

Connect your Pages once, then plan and publish from one Social Planner calendar—alongside the rest of your social channels.
