Connect your Facebook Page to BizStackPro’s Social Planner so you can schedule, create, and publish posts to your Pages alongside Facebook Groups, Instagram, and Google My Business — all from one dashboard.
Managing Facebook Pages manually can become difficult when businesses need to schedule content consistently across multiple brands, client accounts, or marketing campaigns.
The BizStackPro Social Planner allows Facebook Pages to be connected directly into one publishing dashboard so posts can be created, scheduled, and managed alongside other social platforms.
Missing Page permissions, incomplete Facebook authorization, or connecting with the wrong Facebook profile can prevent Pages from appearing correctly and interrupt publishing workflows.
This guide explains how to connect Facebook Pages, authorize LeadConnector permissions, manage multiple Pages, troubleshoot missing Page access, and organize Facebook publishing workflows inside BizStackPro.
Before scheduling posts through Social Planner, it helps to understand how Facebook Page permissions, admin access, and connected account authorization work together inside BizStackPro.
Social Planner helps you connect and manage multiple social accounts from one place—including Facebook Pages and Groups, Instagram, and Google My Business. Once your Facebook Page is connected, you can publish and schedule posts directly from BizStackPro.
Before you connect: You must have Admin / Full Control access to the Facebook Page, and you must log in with the Facebook profile that has those permissions. Facebook does not allow third-party posting to personal profiles—only Pages and Groups.
Follow these steps to connect one or more Facebook Pages to Social Planner:
Tip: When Facebook shows the “choose pages” screen, select all Pages you may want to use. If you skip a Page, you often need to remove and reconnect to add it later.
Facebook may present Pages in two formats. The connection flow is similar, but permissions are managed differently:
Where to check: Open the Page in Facebook → Settings → Page Access → verify Full Control for your profile.
If you connected Facebook previously and now want to add additional Pages, Facebook may keep the earlier permissions set. The simplest fix is to remove the integration and reconnect so Facebook re-prompts you to select pages and permissions.
Important: Always reconnect using the Facebook profile that has Admin access to the Page(s). If you log in with the wrong profile, your Pages may not appear.
You can manage all connected social accounts at any time:
Use case: If you manage multiple brands or client Pages, keep connections organized and toggle accounts on/off depending on which brand you’re posting for.
Connect your Pages once, then plan and publish from one Social Planner calendar—alongside the rest of your social channels.
Opens in a new tab.
You can connect Facebook Pages, Facebook Groups, Instagram, and Google My Business accounts to the Social Planner.
Remove the LeadConnector/Social Planner integration from Facebook’s Business Integrations, then reconnect in BizStackPro and select all Pages you want included.
You must have Admin (Full Control) rights for the Page and be logged into the Facebook profile that has those permissions.
No. Facebook’s API only allows posting to business Pages and Groups. Personal profile posting is not supported.
Open the Social Planner Settings icon to add, remove, or modify connected accounts at any time.
Social Planner makes it easy to manage Pages, Groups, Instagram, Google My Business, and more from one place—so you can stay consistent without extra busywork.
