How to Change a Logo in the Funnel or Website Builder

Update your brand logo in minutes. This guide walks you through changing the logo in the Navigation Menu or replacing a logo used as an Image element—then publishing your updates.

Keeping Your Branding Consistent Across Funnels and Websites

An outdated logo or inconsistent branding across headers, footers, and pages can make a business look disconnected and reduce overall trust with visitors.

BizStackPro allows logos to be managed through Navigation Menu elements and Image elements, with reusable assets stored inside the Media Library for use across multiple pages and projects.

Updating only one logo location or forgetting to publish changes can leave old branding visible on live pages, creating inconsistency between different sections of a funnel or website.

This guide explains how to replace logos in Navigation Menus and Image elements, manage logo files through the Media Library, and properly publish branding updates inside BizStackPro.

Before replacing logos across your pages, it helps to understand where branding elements are controlled inside the BizStackPro builder.

Overview

Your logo typically appears in one of two places inside the Funnel/Website builder:

  • Navigation Menu element (Brand Logo)
  • Image element (a logo placed as an image on the page)

Tip: Upload your logo once to the Media Library, then reuse it across funnels and websites for consistent branding.

Change the Logo in the Navigation Menu

  1. Go to Sites → Funnels or Sites → Websites, then open the project you want to edit.
  2. Open the page in the editor.
  3. Click the Navigation Menu element on the page.
  4. In the settings panel, find the Brand Logo section.
  5. Select a logo from the Media Library (or upload a new one).
  6. Click Select to apply it.
  7. Save and then Publish to update the live page.

Common miss: If you only save (but don’t publish), your live page may still show the old logo.

Change the Logo Used as an Image Element

  1. Click the Image element that currently shows the logo.
  2. In the settings panel, locate Image Options.
  3. Choose a new image from the Media Library (or upload your new logo).
  4. Apply the new image, then Save the page.
  5. Publish to push the change live.

Example: If your header uses a Navigation Menu logo but your footer uses an Image element, you’ll need to update both locations to fully refresh branding.

Keep your branding consistent across every page

A clean, consistent logo improves trust and recognition—especially when visitors bounce between funnels and website pages.
