Buy a Toll-Free, Local, or Mobile Number

Open the location/account where you want the number.
Go to Settings → Phone Numbers.
Click Add Number (or Manage Number → Add Phone Number), then choose your Country.
Use filters to select a Phone Number Type and search.
- Toll-Free prefixes: 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, 833
- If the exact toll-free pattern you want isn’t available, contact support for the closest options.
Select a number from results and click Proceed to Buy.
Configure & register: After purchase, finish routing and complete any required messaging registration based on your use case.

Follow along: Once the number is purchased, head back to Settings → Phone Numbers to set forwarding, assigned users, voicemail, and messaging compliance.
