How to Add and Customize an Order Form in a Funnel or Website

Add one-step or two-step checkout forms, customize key settings, configure payment options, and set up order confirmation—so customers can purchase quickly and confidently.

Creating a Checkout Experience That Reduces Purchase Friction

A poorly structured checkout process can cause hesitation, abandoned purchases, and unnecessary friction when customers try to complete an order.

BizStackPro order forms support one-step and two-step checkout experiences with customizable settings for products, payment methods, coupons, order bumps, confirmations, and contact handling.

Incorrect order form setup or missing payment configuration can lead to failed checkouts, inconsistent customer experiences, and reduced conversion performance across funnels and websites.

This guide explains how to add and customize order forms, configure checkout settings, manage payment options, create confirmation pages, and optimize the overall purchasing flow inside BizStackPro.

Before customizing the checkout experience, it helps to confirm your products, payment gateway, and funnel or website structure are already prepared inside BizStackPro.

Before You Begin

  • An existing one-step or two-step order form (or a page where you’ll add one).
  • A funnel step or website page where the order form will live.
  • A connected payment gateway and at least one product created.

Quick note: Order form fields follow payment processor requirements—so you can style and configure the form, but you generally can’t add/remove core checkout fields.

Step 1: Edit Your Funnel or Website Page

  1. Go to SitesFunnels or SitesWebsites.
  2. Select the funnel or website you want to update.
  3. Click Edit Page (or Edit in a New Tab).

Step 2: Add the Order Form Element

  1. Select Add Section.
  2. Add your preferred row and number of columns.
  3. Click Add Element.
  4. Scroll to the Order Elements category.
  5. Select either:
    • One-Step Order Form
    • Two-Step Order Form

Which should you choose? Two-step order forms often reduce perceived friction by collecting contact info first, then payment details.

Step 3: Customize Your Order Form

Select the order form element to open the customization panel. You can configure layout, design, and multiple checkout behaviors.

General Settings

  • Title
  • Text alignment
  • Button style, size, and color
  • Button action
  • Typography and corner radius

Advanced Settings

  • Headline & subheadline
  • Company name (can be hidden)
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Shipping information (when applicable)
  • Payment headline & pricing text
  • Order button text
  • Footer text
  • Enable Cart Mode & Product Description
  • Enable Order Bump
  • Enable Coupon Codes
  • Enable Sticky Contact
  • Toggle New Contact for Every Purchase
  • Validate disposable email
  • Visibility settings

Important: You generally cannot add or remove core order form fields because the form must remain compatible with payment processor requirements. Use the built-in options for what can be shown/hidden and how it’s presented.
