Google Ads Reporting

Connect your Google Ads account to BizStackPro and use the Google Ads Report to monitor impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, and key cost metrics in one place.

Overview

The Google Ads Report inside the BizStackPro Reporting tab provides a dedicated view of your Google Ads performance. Once your Google account is connected (with access to your Ads account), you can review core metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend—without leaving BizStackPro.

Important: The Google account you connect should have administrator-level permissions on the Google Ads account you want to report on.

Good to know: If you don’t see data, double-check your permissions and confirm your selected date range includes active campaign activity.

Step 1: Access the Google Ads Report

  1. From your BizStackPro dashboard, open Reporting in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Google Ads Report from the available report options.
  3. Choose your date period in the top-right corner.
  4. If prompted, confirm the date selection (checkbox) to load data for the selected range.

After the report loads, you’ll typically see summary cards and graphs at the top and a detailed list view toward the bottom.

Step 2: Understand the Metrics & Charts

The upper section of the report includes trend graphs and performance snapshots so you can spot changes quickly.

  • Graphs: Impressions, Clicks, and Conversions plotted over time for the selected date range.
  • Core performance metrics: Client spend, average CPC, cost per conversion, conversion rate, and additional metrics depending on your account.

Tip: Use the graphs to identify spikes or drops—then drill down into campaigns and keywords to find the cause.

Drill Down by Campaign, Ad Group, Ad, or Keyword

Google Ads performance is layered. The BizStackPro report lets you view data at different levels so you can isolate what’s driving results.

  • Campaigns: Identify the campaigns generating the most volume and conversions.
  • Ad Groups: Compare targeting groups and themes.
  • Ads: See which messages/creatives attract clicks and conversions.
  • Keywords: Find the search terms producing the best ROI—and the ones wasting spend.

Example: If conversions drop but clicks stay steady, check keyword intent and landing page alignment—or compare ad groups to locate where quality changed.

List View & Refreshing the Report

The lower section of the report shows a detailed list view based on your selected filters and date range.

  • Review rows for campaigns, ad groups, ads, or keywords.
  • Compare entries side by side using the same metrics shown in the summary.
  • Revisit the report or change the date range to refresh the data.

Refresh reminder: To see the latest numbers, revisit the report screen or select a different date range. The report recalculates for the selected dates.

Date Ranges (Including Single-Day Reports)

You can run Google Ads Reporting for any supported date range.

  • Standard ranges: Select a start and end date to analyze a full period.
  • Single-day reports: Set the same date as both the start and end date to view metrics for one day.
  • If metrics are missing: Confirm both the start and end dates are selected correctly.

Best Practices

  • Connect a Google account that has admin access to the Ads account.
  • Compare time periods (week-over-week or month-over-month) using the same KPIs (CPC, CPA, conversion rate).
  • Use keyword and ad-level views to identify top performers and wasted spend.
  • Pair with other BizStackPro reports (Attribution, Call Reporting) for a fuller funnel picture.

Make ad spend decisions with confidence

Use Google Ads Reporting to spot trends, identify winners, and improve ROI—without bouncing between platforms.
