Resolve missing leads, outdated forms, incorrect form mapping, and permission/token issues so your Facebook Lead Ads sync reliably into BizStackPro.
Facebook Lead Ads can generate leads quickly, but integration problems can prevent those leads from syncing correctly into your CRM and automation system.
BizStackPro’s Facebook Lead Generation integration connects Facebook Lead Ads directly to forms, contacts, pipelines, and automations so leads can flow into your business automatically.
Without proper syncing, permissions, and form mapping, businesses may miss leads entirely, lose attribution accuracy, or experience broken automation workflows that interrupt follow-up communication.
This guide explains how to troubleshoot Facebook Lead Ads syncing problems, refresh integrations, verify form mappings, and restore reliable lead capture workflows inside BizStackPro.
Before troubleshooting Facebook lead syncing problems, it helps to understand how form mappings, permissions, access tokens, Page roles, and CRM integrations work together inside BizStackPro.
Facebook Lead Ads can sync directly into BizStackPro so leads automatically enter your contact list and can trigger automations. If you’re seeing missing leads, outdated forms, or leads not counting properly, the issue is usually caused by one of three things: sync lag, incorrect form mapping, or permissions/token problems.
Use the sections below to refresh your integration, verify your mapping, and confirm permissions so every lead gets captured.
Quick check: If forms look old or leads stopped syncing suddenly, start with a disconnect + reconnect of the Facebook integration to refresh tokens and permissions.
If newer forms exist in Facebook but BizStackPro only shows older forms, your integration is likely out of sync. Refreshing the connection forces BizStackPro to re-fetch the latest form list.
Tip: After reconnecting, refresh the page and re-open your form mapping screen to ensure the newest form list loads.
When leads come in but don’t count correctly in BizStackPro reporting, it’s commonly caused by an incorrect mapping between your BizStackPro form and the Facebook Lead Ad form.
What to look for: Make sure key fields (email, phone, name) map cleanly. If fields don’t match, leads may sync but won’t populate properly.
If your mapping is correct and the form is active, leads can still fail to sync due to expired tokens or missing permissions (often after password changes, admin role changes, or Facebook security prompts).
Important: If multiple people manage the Page, ensure the connected Facebook user still has the right level of access. Reduced Page permissions can silently break lead syncing.
Solid form mapping + refreshed permissions ensures leads enter your CRM, trigger workflows, and show up correctly in reporting.
Opens in a new tab.
This usually means the integration is out of sync or permissions changed. Disconnect and reconnect Facebook in Settings → Integrations → Facebook to refresh the latest forms.
Check Form Field Mapping and ensure the BizStackPro registration form is mapped to the correct Facebook Lead Ad form.
This is commonly caused by expired tokens or missing permissions. Reconnect Facebook to refresh permissions, then submit a test lead.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook → Form Field Mapping to update or correct your mappings.
No. Reconnecting refreshes permissions and syncing. It does not delete existing contacts, leads, or forms inside BizStackPro.
When Facebook lead syncing works correctly, your contacts can immediately enter pipelines, trigger workflows, and receive follow-ups without manual imports.
Better sync. Better reporting.
