Learn how to mask and customize the From Email address in BizStackPro workflows to improve branding, deliverability, and engagement.
Email automation can quickly lose trust when recipients see unfamiliar sender information, inconsistent branding, or email addresses that do not match the business they expect to hear from.
BizStackPro workflows allow businesses to customize and mask the From Email address so workflow emails can use consistent sender details that support branding, trust, and better email deliverability.
Without proper sender configuration, businesses may increase spam filtering risks, reduce email engagement, create branding confusion, or accidentally send emails from fallback system addresses.
This guide explains how to customize From Email settings at both the workflow level and individual email step level, while improving sender consistency and email deliverability inside BizStackPro workflows.
Before customizing workflow sender settings, it helps to understand how dedicated sending domains, sender masking, dynamic sender values, Business Profile email settings, and email deliverability work together inside BizStackPro automation systems.
In BizStackPro workflows, you can set a default sender so your emails look consistent and professional. This is commonly called “masking” the From email address—meaning your workflow emails can appear to come from a trusted brand sender instead of an unexpected or unassigned user email.
You can configure sender details at the workflow level (applies to all Send Email steps), or override it per individual Send Email action.
Deliverability note: Your From Email domain should match the dedicated sending domain configured in Email Services. A mismatch can increase spam filtering.
This option sets a default sender for all Send Email actions inside the workflow.
Tip: You can use dynamic values (such as an assigned user email) to personalize the sender automatically.
This option lets you customize the sender for each specific email step inside the same workflow.
Important: If a lead is not assigned to a user and sender fields are left blank, BizStackPro uses the email from your Business Profile as the fallback sender.
Sender configuration and domain setup are critical for workflow success. Make sure your plan supports the email and automation features you need.

Masking improves branding consistency, email deliverability, and engagement by ensuring emails appear to come from a recognizable sender.
Yes. Each Send Email action can have its own From Name and From Email configured independently.
If the lead is not assigned and fields are empty, BizStackPro uses the Business Profile email as the sender.
The From Email domain must match the dedicated domain in Email Services to avoid spam filtering and improve deliverability.
Custom sender settings give you control over branding and trust—and help keep your workflow emails out of spam. Review plans and features so your email setup supports consistent From names, verified domains, and workflow-level sender settings.
Better branding. Better inbox placement.
