With BizStackPro’s Quiz Builder, you can create interactive experiences using multiple question types, custom scoring, branching logic, and personalized result pages—then connect quiz submissions to contacts and workflows.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to access Quiz Builder, design questions, configure scoring and branching, customize result pages, share your quiz, and automate follow-ups.

Step 1: Access Quiz Builder

1. In the left menu, go to Sites.
2. Select Quizzes.
3. Click Add Quiz.
4. Choose Create from Scratch or start from a Template.

Step 2: Design Your Quiz

Add questions

• Use the builder’s sidebar to add the question type you want.
• Edit the question text and answer options directly in the quiz.
• Mix formats (single-choice, multiple-choice, true/false, short/long answer, matrix, file upload) to match your goal.

Set up scoring

• Assign point values per answer choice where scoring is used.
• Optionally track category-based scoring (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations).
• Define result ranges (e.g., Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced) or pass/fail thresholds.

Add branching logic (optional)

• Enable branching/conditional logic on applicable questions.
• Route participants to different questions or sections based on their answers.
• Use this for adaptive quizzes that feel personalized and reduce irrelevant questions.

Customize design & settings

• Match colors, fonts, and visuals to your brand.
• Configure navigation behavior (back button, progress indicators, etc.).
• Control data capture (collect contact details before or after the quiz).
• Set attempts/retake options and timer settings if you’re running a test or exam.

Step 3: Preview and Test

• Use Preview to experience the quiz like a participant.
• Test every branch path to confirm navigation behaves correctly.
• Confirm scores calculate properly and result pages show the right outcome.
• Submit a test run using a dummy contact to ensure the submission is saved to your CRM.

Step 4: Share or Embed Your Quiz

Share via direct link

• Copy the published quiz link.
• Share it via email, SMS, social posts, or inside a funnel step.

Embed on a website or funnel

• Locate the quiz embed code.
• Paste it into an HTML/Embed block on your BizStackPro page.
• Publish the page so participants can complete the quiz without leaving your site.

Customize the Quiz Result Page

Your result page is the “next step” moment. Use it to deliver value and guide participants toward the most relevant action.

• Show overall score and (optional) category breakdowns.
• Display dynamic outcomes based on result ranges (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced).
• Add a call-to-action (book a call, download a guide, start a course, request a quote, etc.).
• Personalize messaging and links based on each participant’s results.

View Responses and Analytics

• Open your quiz to review submissions.
• See responses, scores, and completion status.
• Identify patterns (common incorrect answers, drop-off points, and high-performing questions).
• Export results (where available) for deeper reporting.

Automate Follow-Ups with Workflows
