Connect an Instagram Business or Creator profile so you can schedule content, centralize social publishing, and track performance from one place.
Social Planner lets you manage channels like Instagram and Facebook from a single dashboard. To enable direct publishing and related features, your Instagram profile must be a Business or Creator account and it must be connected to a Facebook Page.
In this guide: You’ll switch to a professional Instagram account, enable cross-app messaging access, and connect Instagram through the Social Planner connection wizard.
Personal Instagram profiles can’t be connected. First, switch your account to a professional profile.
Important: Instagram may show Facebook Page linking as “optional,” but it’s required for direct publishing through most scheduling tools (including Social Planner).
To support cross-app messaging access (through Meta tools and approved integrations), enable messaging connections.
What it changes: When enabled, approved tools and team members can view/manage Instagram DMs outside the Instagram app. If disabled, DMs remain available only inside Instagram.
In BizStackPro, go to Marketing → Social Planner.
After approval, you’ll see Instagram Business profiles available under your Facebook account.
Not verified? If your Instagram profile shows as not verified, it usually means it isn’t properly linked to a Facebook Page. Fix the Instagram ↔ Facebook Page connection, then retry in Social Planner.
Once connected, you can schedule posts, plan your calendar, and monitor performance metrics from Social Planner.
Once connected, you can schedule content in advance, stay consistent, and track performance—all from your BizStackPro Social Planner.

Yes. Facebook requires that your Instagram Business or Creator account be connected to a Facebook Page in order to enable direct publishing and related features in tools like the Social Planner.
In the Instagram app, go to your profile, open the menu, tap Settings, then Account, and choose Switch to Professional Account. Follow the prompts to select either Business or Creator and complete the setup.
Enabling messaging connections across apps allows team members with access to tools like Facebook Business Suite, Creator Studio, or connected third-party apps to view and manage Instagram Direct Messages from those platforms.
If your Instagram Business profile is showing as not verified during connection, it usually means it is not properly connected to a Facebook Page. Confirm and fix the connection in your Instagram and Facebook settings, then try again.
Yes. When completing the connection process, you can select and connect multiple Instagram Business profiles to manage inside the Social Planner.
The Social Planner provides analytics such as audience engagement, post performance, follower trends, and other metrics to help you understand how your Instagram content is performing.
Linking your Instagram Business/Creator profile unlocks direct publishing workflows and keeps your social content organized in one place—alongside the rest of your marketing tools.
More scheduling. Less jumping between apps.
