Keep team updates, call summaries, and project details organized in one shared notes history for each company record.
Important customer details often become scattered across emails, chats, calls, and personal notes, making it difficult for teams to stay aligned on account activity.
Company Notes provide a centralized place to store updates, meeting summaries, follow-up details, and project information connected to a company and its related contacts.
Without a shared notes history, teams can miss context, duplicate conversations, or lose track of decisions and next steps during customer interactions.
This guide explains how Company Notes work in BizStackPro, how to add and manage notes, and how to organize updates so your team can collaborate more effectively.
Before adding or filtering notes, it helps to understand how Company Notes create a shared history across contacts and teams.
Company Notes help your team capture important details about a company and its related contacts—all in one shared view. Instead of scattered messages or private notes, everyone can see a centralized history of updates, conversations, and action items.
You can view, add, and filter notes at the company level while still tying them to specific contacts when needed.
Tip: Review the most recent notes before calls or meetings to quickly catch up on account activity.
Use this approach for meeting summaries, internal updates, or documenting key interactions for the company.
Best practice: Start notes with a quick label like “Kickoff call —”, “Support request —”, or “Next steps —” for easier scanning later.
You can also add notes directly from an individual contact. These notes will still appear in the company’s Notes tab.
Why this matters: Your team gets a single company-wide timeline while still keeping notes connected to the right person.
As notes build up, use filters to find the updates you need fast:
Example: “2026-02-01 — Renewals call: confirmed pricing, awaiting signed agreement, follow up Wednesday.”
