Follow along: Forwarding is set up with your carrier. Once enabled, inbound calls to your original number route into your BizStackPro number.

How It Works

When call forwarding is enabled at the carrier level, incoming calls to your mobile or landline are redirected to your BizStackPro number. Your BizStackPro routing and voicemail settings control what happens next.

Quick Start

  1. Open the Phone app on your device (or use your desk phone keypad).
  2. Dial your carrier’s forwarding code plus your BizStackPro number.
  3. Press Call and wait for the confirmation tone/message.
  4. Test by calling your original number and confirming it rings into BizStackPro.

Tip: Use your BizStackPro number in full 10-digit format. If the code fails, your carrier may require 1 + area code + number.

  • Forward all calls: *72 + your BizStackPro number
  • Forward missed/busy: *71 + your BizStackPro number
  • Deactivate: *73

AT&T (Mobile)

  • Forward all calls: *21 + your BizStackPro number

  • Forward all calls: Dial *72, wait for dial tone, then enter your BizStackPro number

Turn Off Call Forwarding

Use the Deactivate code listed for your carrier to restore normal inbound calling to your original line. Then place a test call to confirm forwarding is disabled.
