Prepare and schedule up to 90 posts at a time with a CSV upload—attach media URLs, review errors, and import everything into your Social Planner calendar.
Managing multiple social accounts manually can become time-consuming when businesses need to schedule weeks or months of content in advance.
The BizStackPro Social Planner supports bulk scheduling through CSV uploads, allowing captions, links, media URLs, and publish times to be prepared in spreadsheet format and imported into the scheduling calendar.
Incorrect CSV formatting, unsupported media combinations, or scheduling errors can cause failed imports and disrupt planned content calendars across social platforms.
This guide explains how to structure CSV files, configure media URLs, upload and review posts, resolve import errors, and bulk schedule social content more efficiently inside BizStackPro.
Before uploading bulk content into the Social Planner, it helps to understand how CSV formatting, media rules, and scheduling requirements work together inside BizStackPro.
Bulk Scheduling in the Social Planner lets you prepare, organize, and schedule a batch of social posts using a CSV or spreadsheet file. This is perfect when you already have a content calendar—or you want to map posts weeks in advance. In this guide, you’ll learn how to structure your CSV, attach media, upload it, review posts, and schedule them.
Key limits: You can upload up to 90 posts per CSV, and each row (post) should use only one media type (images or GIFs or videos) to avoid import failures.
You can build the file in any spreadsheet tool, then export/save as CSV.
Your CSV should include the following columns in the exact order shown below.
yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss2025-01-31 13:00:00Add your caption text (including hashtags and links). Make sure each platform’s character limits are respected:
Add your main URL (for example, a blog post or landing page). If you also include media, the planner may place the link into the caption so everything publishes cleanly.
Paste the GIF URL here. Some platforms may not support GIFs—verify before bulk uploads.
Important: For CSV uploads, each row should only include one media type. Don’t mix image + GIF + video URLs in the same row.
Navigate to Marketing → Social Planner.
Timing tip: Upload your CSV at least 10 minutes before the earliest scheduled post time so the system can process and queue everything correctly.
After processing, you’ll typically see statuses like In Progress and then Review & Schedule.
Note: If certain external file links don’t process reliably (for example, some cloud drive links), try using direct media URLs from a file host/CDN instead.
Build your content once, upload it via CSV, and let the Social Planner handle the schedule—so you can focus on engagement.
