Agent Reporting

Track team performance with Agent Reporting. Review opportunities, conversions, call metrics, and manual SMS/email activity for each user over any date range.

Understanding How Individual Team Members Are Performing

When multiple people handle leads, calls, and follow-up, it can become difficult to see where strong performance or communication breakdowns are happening.

Agent Reporting helps track opportunities, conversions, calls, and manual communication activity for individual team members over specific time periods.

Without agent-level reporting, businesses may struggle to identify coaching needs, recognize top performers, or understand where follow-up efficiency is slowing down.

This guide will walk you through how Agent Reporting works so you can measure team performance more clearly and improve sales and communication workflows using real data.

To begin, review what Agent Reporting does and how it helps measure opportunities, conversions, calls, and communication activity by user.

What Agent Reporting Does

Agent Reporting gives you a focused view of individual team performance. You can see how many opportunities and conversions are tied to specific agents, review manual SMS and email activity, compare call types, and monitor efficiency metrics like total sales value, average sales duration, and sales velocity.

This is especially helpful when multiple users handle leads and customers—and you want to identify what’s working, where follow-up is breaking down, and which agents may need coaching or process improvements.

What You Can Measure

  • Opportunities: How many deals/leads are attributed to each agent.
  • Conversions: Conversion activity by user (optionally tied to a specific pipeline).
  • SMS & Email (Manual): Individual messages sent by agents (automation is excluded).
  • Call Metrics: Side-by-side call activity by type (incoming and outbound categories).
  • Efficiency: Total sales value, average sales duration, and sales velocity over time.

Important: SMS and email stats here focus on manual agent communications. Automated messages sent through campaigns or workflows are not included.

How to Access Agent Reporting

  1. Open Reporting: From your BizStackPro dashboard, go to Reporting.
  2. Select Agent Reporting: Click Agent Reporting to open the dashboard.
  3. Choose agent(s): Use the team member dropdown to select one or more users.
  4. Select a date range: Pick the time period you want to analyze.
  5. Fetch results: Click Fetch to load metrics for your selection.
  6. Compare (optional): Click Compare to add a second date range and view side-by-side results.

Pro tip: Use Compare to evaluate month-over-month or week-over-week performance—especially after training, routing changes, or new offers.

How to Read the Dashboard

After selecting agents and a date range, you’ll see performance blocks that help you spot trends quickly:

  • Opportunities & Conversions: See counts tied to selected agents, and optionally narrow conversions to a specific pipeline.
  • SMS & Email: View manual communication activity for selected agents (automation excluded).
  • Calls: Compare call activity by type (including inbound and outbound categories).
  • Efficiency: Review total sales value, average sales duration, and sales velocity to measure deal momentum.

Running Single-Day & Detailed Reports

  • Single-day report: Select the same date for both the start and end date. Both dates must be set for stats to appear.
  • Period comparisons: Use Compare to evaluate two windows (example: first half vs. second half of the month).
  • Routine reviews: Check Agent Reporting regularly to spot gaps early and adjust coaching, scripts, and workflows.

Example: If one agent has high opportunity volume but low conversions, review their call outcomes and manual follow-up cadence to find the bottleneck.

Coach smarter with real performance data

Agent Reporting helps you identify top performers, spot breakdowns in follow-up, and improve sales efficiency—without guessing.
